Lockdown 4.0 Guidelines : Extends Lockdown Till May 31

Lockdown 4.0 Guidelines: MHA has issued new guidelines; extends COVID-19 Lockdown till May 31. MHA has issued measures to be taken by Ministries, State Governments/UT Governments and State/UT authorities for containment of COVID19. The Lockdown 4.0 will remain in effect till 31st May 2020.

Witnessing the increasing number of Coronavirus cases in the state, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu announced to further extend the lockdown till May 31 in order to contain the spread of novel coronavirus.

The death toll due to COVID-19 rose to 2,872 and the number of total positive cases climbed to 90,927 Sunday morning, registering an increase of 120 fatalities and a record jump of 4,987 new cases in 24 hours, since 8 AM Saturday, according to the Union Health Ministry.
